This service is performed by a VUTEk qualified engineer as follows:
- Inspection and basic cleaning
- Removal of reusable items
- Replacement of thermocouples (if required)
- Check and if required replacement of damaged heater elements and supply of o-rings
- Ultrasonic cleaning of mounting bezels and ink manifolds
- Rebuilding of all hardware and install heater circuit
- Check heater circuits for earth shorts and heater continuity
- Perform mechanical alignment and replace missing / damaged mounting screws
- Position heater cables and seal head assemblies
- Complete hardware build
- Seal Jet Faces and Security Tag
- Package for shipping
